LB first got into Crossfit in 2015 as a member at Crossfit Youth and became an over night addict, not only to the results of the workouts but to the community of people. Fitness has always played a major part in LB’s life, as a teenager he was playing minor league level football and competing in Athletics.

On his quest to become a better coach LB went on several different courses to improve his knowledge in the different areas of Crossfit ranging from weightlifting to exercising.

No other fitness experience competes with LB’s Boot Camps, Tallahassee. Based on the principles and rigors of the Sports Athlete, LB’s physical fitness program includes an obstacle course, calisthenics, free weights, circuit training, running, stretching, and other Marine Corps based exercises.

Of course it’s hard. It’s supposed to be hard. If it were easy, everybody would do it. Hard is what makes it great.

  • BWL Level 1 Award in Coaching Weight Lifting
  • Level 1 Award in Strenght & Conditioning
